Artist's Note: Sketchbooks are the heart of my practice. I have well over fifty at various stages of completion - both purchased and handmade - using them as spaces for experimentation, play, and thinking without pressure.

Many of my finished works begin as wild, unresolved sketches, only revealing their significance months or even years later when I return to these pages and something suddenly sparks.
