Bright Little Studio

Story of the Studio

Through my work as an art educator and neurodivergent artist, I’ve seen how many kids who love art can feel overwhelmed and overstimulated in large, busy programs. Bright Little Studio was designed to offer a different kind of space, where young artists can feel comfortable to create at their own pace.

Designed for children who:

  • Feel more comfortable in small groups or one-on-one settings

  • Enjoy creative art-making and exploring new materials

  • Are neurodivergent, or would benefit from a quieter, more individualized environment

Our Studio is Unique Because of our...

  • Very small class sizes so every young artist receives individual attention

  • Consistent instruction - all classes are taught by the same teacher (me!)

  • Process-based learning that values exploration over perfection

  • Calm, low-stimulation environment designed specifically for neurodivergent learners to avoid sensory overload

  • Pay-what-you-can model for youth classes to help reduce financial barriers
