Not Quite the Yellow Brick Road is a digital collage made from photographs taken during a bathroom renovation that stretched far beyond its expected timeline. Living in this in-between state heightened my awareness of the spaces and routines I often take for granted.

The work reimagines renovation debris as a speculative landscape, where a small pomegranate house suggests warmth and instability. A glowing road of paint chips references the Yellow Brick Road, pointing forward without offering certainty - lingering in transition rather than arrival.
