I’m Lauren, a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the rhythms of everyday life. Guided by feminist curiosity, my practice draws from my roles as a daughter, wife, and mother to examine how the relationships and routines of home reflect larger social patterns - shaping who belongs, who cares, and how women navigate the spaces they inhabit.

My art journey has always been about exploration and connection, both with materials and people. This passion led me to found Bright Little Studio, my backyard art studio, as a space where curiosity, creativity, and self-expression can flourish for all ages. I teach kids, teens, and adults in classes guided by individual interests, emphasizing process over perfection and encouraging students to take risks in their art. Rooted in play, experimentation, and emotional expression, my work and teaching aim to make art accessible to everyone through a pay-what-you-can model. Bright Little Studio has grown from a personal passion into a community hub, where every project is an invitation to explore, question, and create.
